摘要
本文报道了用人工饲料饲养的玉米螟不同龄期幼虫对苏云金杆菌(CS3ab—1986)制剂毒力测定的结果。以1、2龄幼虫作为生测标准试虫是可行的。
The developmental periods of various instars of corn borer larvae reared with semi-artificial diet were measured and bioassay results of Bt CS3ab-1986 formulation against 1st, 2nd or 3rd instars of corn borer larvae were cornpared.It was concluded that the 2nd instar larvae are the best for standard bioassay
