摘要
用碱和酶相继降解苏云金杆菌蜡螟变种制剂,然后作用细胞,能使细胞发生病变直至死亡。结果显示制剂浓度和细胞死亡率成良好的线性关系,经过5次平行实验证明,离体生测与活体无显著差异,可以用离体生测代替活体生测。
The Bacillus thuringiensis var.gallgria preparations were degraded by the base and trypsin, effecting the Bme-cells.The results showed that the concentration of the preparation interrelated obviously with the number of died cells, and that in vivo bioassay of Bt preparations can be replaced by in vitro bioassay of it.
