摘要
用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定苏云金杆菌81—6的晶体蛋白含量,结果表明:严格控制实验条件,ELISA法测定具有良好的重复性。用ELISA法测定苏云金杆菌四个菌株的纯晶体蛋白和相应的孢晶混合物,通过回归方程可求出各个孢晶混合物中的晶体蛋白含量。HD—1和7216的ELISA法测定结果与用小菜蛾进行生测的LD_(50)值比较,证明ELISA法测定样品晶体蛋白含量的高低基本反映该样品毒力大小。
The method of Enzymelinked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)was used for detecting the quantities of crystalline protein of four Bacillus thuringiensis strains.The results from ELISA were compared with those of bioassay with Plutella xylostella larvae, with Bacillus thuringiensis HD- 1 ( H3ab ) and 7216 ( H3ab ) , the quantities of crystalline protein presented inverse ratio to the LC50 values from bioassay.
