摘要
本研究根据一定频率的电刺激可促使中枢神经系统释放阿片肽的原理,应用韩氏穴位神经刺激仪(HANS),治疗75例海洛因戒断者,观察到HANS对海洛因戒断者的心动过这具有明显的抑制作用。每日刺激1次,在首次治疗的5min后,心率即开始下降,由治疗前的109±3次/分降至103±2.5次/分;至10min时心率降至98±1.6次/分,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);至30min时心率下降为91±1.4次/分(P<0.001)。连续治疗4天以后,心率可稳定在正常水平(72±1.1~82±1.5次/分之间)。
The previous study (Chinese Journal of Pain Medicine 1995, 1: 30~38) have shown that morphine abstinence syndrome in patients with opioid addicts can be suppressed by Han’s Acupoint Nerve Stimulator(HANS) of 2Hz or 100Hz or 2/100Hz. In the present study we have observed that the tachycardia of heroin addicts subjected to abrupt abstinence can be suppress by HANS of 2/100Hz. In the control group the heart rate remained 107±3. 0~104±2. 7b/miN within 60 minute. In the group receiving HANS of 2/100Hz treatment heart rate decreased to 103±2. 5b/min (5min), 98±1. 6b/min (10min, compared with control P<0. 05), 95±1. 3b/min(15min, compered with control P<0. 01), 91±1. 4b/min(30min, compared with control P<0. 001) after first treatment(30min), an effects lasting for at least 20 minute. Within 4 days of HANS treatment, the heart rate returned from 105±2. 4b/min to normal level(72±1.1~82±1.5b/min).
