摘要
传统财务评价方法和现有的多目标综合评价方法都很难对先进制造技术投资给予较科学的选择评价。本文基于先进制造技术投资的有形经济效果、无形战略效果以及价值形成的复杂因果关系,提出一种系统化投资分析框架;基于该框架和摆幅置权法,给出了先进制造技术投资选择的多目标广义投资效率模型;最后阐述了采用该模型进行先进制造技术选择的科学合理性。
Presently, neither traditional financial justification methods nor current multiple criteria decision-making approaches can reasonably justify the investment in Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT). In view of this problem, this paper presents a systematic framework, aiming at effectively helping analysts and decision-makers to analyze AMT investments. Based on this framework as well as the swing weighting approach, this paper gives a multi-objective generalized investment-efficiency model (GIEM) for ranking AMT investment alternatives. Finally, the reasonability of applying GIEM to evaluate AMT investments is expounded.
