Probe into the reform of health property right system after entering WTO

面对“入世”后即将出现的卫生投资多元化局面 ,探讨了改革产权制度是筹资的需要 ,是“政事分开”的需要 ,讨论了产权制度改革的原则以及产权交易。

It will be reality that many kinds of investor will appear in hospital after entering WTO. It is necessary to reform property right of institution because of the need of getting more found and transform the function of government. Therefore, the principle of reforming and such problems as follow transacting property right, defining the nature of joining investing hospital should be discussed.
