凡口铅锌矿磨矿过程对矿浆电位的影响 被引量:5

摘要 磨矿作业不仅为选矿作业提供合格的粒度和解离度,而且经过磨矿过程所形成的物料特性对选矿效果也有重要影响。本文较系统地对凡口铅锌矿矿石在磨矿过程中所引起的矿浆电位的变化规律进行了研究。探讨了磨矿时间、磨矿浓度、矿浆pH值、助磨剂以及浮选剂加入地点、数量分配等因素对磨矿矿浆电位及浮选前矿浆电位的影响。研究表明,广泛而深入地进行磨矿过程对矿浆物理化学性质影响的研究,为选矿作业提供矿物表面性质和矿浆性质均符合要求的入选物料,对提高浮选指标有着现实的意义。
