摘要
我国于2013年面向全国推行人体器官分配与共享系统(COTRS),要求所有的捐献器官都必须进入到该系统进行分配,该系统的职能发挥势必会影响我国的器官捐献工作,器官捐献的激励机制不应该脱离COTRS单独探讨。结合我国COTRS运行状况及其对器官捐献的影响,借鉴美国器官分配网络的先进经验,提出了构建我国器官捐献激励机制应在充分发挥COTRS的职能的前提下,完善OPO的职能,发挥人体器官协调员的作用,加大社会宣传,推行行之有效的器官捐献补偿、激励措施。
It is required that all the donated organs be involved in China organ transplant response system( COTRS) for distribution,which has been implemented in China since 2013. So the incentive mechanism of organ donation should not be separated from COTRS. The status of COTRS and its influence on organ donation in China were analyzed. And the experiences of UNOS in USA were studied. Based on which,it was suggested to make full use of and perfect the function of COTRS,exert the effect of coordinators,strengthen social propaganda,and implement effective compensation and incentive measure of organ donation.
