中泰农村医学生培养情况比较分析

Comparatively studying the cultivation of rural medical students in China and Thailand

目的:通过对比中国昆明医科大学"农村订单定向免费培养项目"医学生和泰国合艾医学教育中心"农村医生扩增计划(CPIRD)"医学生的培养情况,分析探讨泰国基层卫生人员培养成功经验,为我国基层卫生人力资源培养提供借鉴与启示。方法:研究对象为2015届昆明医科大学"农村订单定向免费培养项目"和2013届合艾医学教育中心"农村医生扩增计划(CPIRD)"毕业生,采用现场问卷调查和访谈法。结果:昆医大"农村订单定向免费培养项目"医学生对课程的满意度(59.00%),低于合艾医学教育中心"CPIRD"项目医学生(97.44%),P<0.001;两校学生对于案例教学、实践环节、教学方法、教学质量、图书资料、教学设施和培养目标等培养模式的评价,合艾医学教育中心各项均优于昆明医科大学(P<0.05);两校学生报考意愿中,合艾医学教育中心医学生想为基层卫生服务的比例占69.23%,高于昆明医科大学45.00%,P<0.05;同时,合艾医学教育中心医学生毕业后计划为基层服务人数的比例(20.51%)也高于昆明医科大学订单定向学生(11.00%),P<0.05。结论:合艾医学教育中心CPIRD项目学生对教学模式和课程设置评价比昆明医科大学的好,昆医大在课程设置、内容及教学模式方面还有待完善。入学报考意愿及毕业后计划显示,合艾医学教育中心CPIRD项目学生较昆医大订单定向学生更愿意为基层服务。增加入学前面试更有利于筛选为基层服务的学生。

Objective To compare the cultivation of rural medical students in China and Thailand,and provide references for grass-roots rural health professionals training in China. Methods The order-oriented medical students graduated from Kunming Medical University( KMU) in 2015 and students of CPIRD graduated from Hatyai Medical Education Center( MEC) in 2013 were surveyed with questionnaires and individual in-depth interview. Results The degree of satisfaction on curriculums of students graduated from KMU( 59. 00%) was significantly lower than that of students of CPIRD graduated from MEC( 97. 44%). Evaluation on the training model was significantly higher in students of CPIRD graduated from MEC than students graduated from KMU. 69. 23% of CPIRD students graduated from MEC applied for contributing to grass-roots healthcare,which was significantly higher than that of students graduated from KMU( 45. 00%). Conclusion The curriculum and training mode in Kunming Medical University need to be further improved. Entrance interview should be helpful to enroll more students for grass-roots healthcare.
