儿童铅吸收筛选指标选择的初步研究

摘要 本研究应用 Fisher 判别分析计算出 FEP、ZPP 和 Hb 等3项指标判别铅吸收的正确度为66.67%,其中 FEP 贡献率最大(84.95%);由于仅采用 FEP 作为儿童铅吸收筛选指标假阴性率较高,作者认为在筛选铅吸收时必须同时测定血铅含量。 Blood lead concentrations(PbB),free erythroc- yte protoporphyrin(FEP),zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP) and hemoglobin(Hb)of 99 school children lead ex- posed were measured.The correctness of discrimina- tion is 66.67% by Fisher’s discriminant analysis, with the discriminant attributive rates to lead absor- ption being 84.95% for FEP,14.56% for ZPP and 0.49% for Hb respectively. The sensitivity(73.33%).specificity(60.87%), correctness(64.65%)of using FEP only in screening programs were also calculated.The result show.with screening techniques based on FEP only(currently used in some public health programs),a considerable number of children with lead absorption are not recogized(false negative rate:26.67%).It is evident that we must determine blood leabd levelstudyinglead absorption.
