摘要
本方法用普通硅胶 G 薄板,以乙醚与乙酸乙酯—甲苯—甲酸—甲醇或苯—乙酸—甲醇为溶剂系统作双向展开。经碳酸氢钠—乙醇水溶液喷雾后直接对棕曲霉毒素 A 进行扫描定量。其效果与高压液相色谱法一致。本方法平均回收率为88.5～101.1%,检出限量为5ppb,变异系数为11.62%。具有回收率高、快速、灵敏、结果稳定的特点。
This method uses a thin plate with general sil- ica gel G,and ether-ethyl acetateto-luene-formic acid-methanol or benzene-acetate acid-methanol so- lvent system running in two directions.After the thin plate sprayed with sodium bicarbenate-alcohol aqueous solution directly corried out scaned quantit- ative determination.The result is same as that at HPLC determination. The average recovery is 88.5-101.1%.The low- est detection limit is 5ppb.The coefficient of varia- tion is 11.62%.The method is specific in high rec- overy,quickness,sensitively and result stability.
