摘要
本文报告给家兔每日摄入氟化钠20或80mg/kg、十四硼酸钠30或120mg/kg1或6个月,证明硼可明显减少骨氟含量,拮抗氟对骨组织代谢和结构的不良影响。硼与氟在体内形成氟硼酸根随尿排出,是硼抗氟性骨损伤的主要机理之一。
Rabbits were given 20 or 80 mg/kg sodium flu- oride+30 or 120 mg/kg sodium tetraborate everyday in one or six months.The results showed that boron decreased greatly the fluoride levels in bones,and inhibited the adverse effects of fluoride on bone me- tabolism and structure.Boron integrated itself with fluoride in the body to form tetrafluoroborate ex- creted through kidneys,which was one of main me- chanisms of action of boron on fluorosis.
