摘要
我们用 M-850型荧光分光光度计研究了痕量氰化物的测定。在λEx484nm/λEm514nm 的条件下,最低检出限为0.5ppb,线性范围0.8—600ppb,变异系数10.8％。并对空气、饮用水、酒类中的氰化物做了测定和回收实验。空气中 CN^-的平均回收率为86.1％,饮用水中 CN^-的平均回收率为96.1％,酒类中 CN^-的平均回收率为82.2％。获得了较为满意的结果。
The fluorimetric determination of trace Cyani- de has been stuclied in this paper.The optimum condition of fluormetric determination has been established.Thelinear range of the determination areo.8—600ppb,The Cletection Limit of the method is 0.5ppb,The methocl may be appliecl to the Clete- rmination of trace cyanide in the air,the Clrink wate and the alcoholic dlink.The analytical resul- ts of trace cyanide are satisfactory in this method.
