摘要
用人工感染方法对37例志愿者接种间日疟原虫子孢子,通过两年观察有32例发病。结果表明,潜伏期长短是可以变化的,即亲代和各子代发病的潜伏期长短是可以转换的,并进一步分析了潜伏期的可变性与子孢子感染量有关。实验结果还进一步表明,潜伏期与潜隐期之间有一定的规律性。同时还讨论了短潜伏期的远期复发与长潜伏期的初发而酿成的春夏季发病高峰与加强防治的意见。
Among thirty-seven volunteers who were inje- cted with plasmodum vivax sporozoite by means of artificial infection,thirtyitwo were found diseased daring the two yearsobs’ervation. The experiment shows that the latency period of tertian malaria is alterable,i.e.,the pathogenic latency period of parental generation and its filial generation is alternate;that the alternaiton of the latency period is related to infectious dose of spor- ozoite,and that between the latency period and the occult period exists regularity. On the base of the experiment the writer ana- lyzes the pathogenic peak in spring and summe reaused by the late relapse of short latency period and the initiating of long latency period and prese- nts some measures forprevention and treatment as well
