摘要
本文介绍应用铬天青 S(CAS)—溴化十四烷基呲啶(TPB)胶束增溶分光光度法测定血清中微量铝。在乙酸——乙酸铵介质中,铝与 CAS 及 TPB 生成三元络合物,其λ_(max)为615nm,在最佳 pH条件下,ε_(615nm)=1.17×10~5。Al^(3+)浓度为0.02~0.12μg/ml 时符合比尔定律。应用本法对215名年龄在20~50岁的正常人的血清铝含量进行了测定,测得值的波动范围为38.2~125.4μg/L。血清铝含量的总体属对数正态分布(P>0.20),求得其单侧95%上限为102.8μg/L。批内变异系数为1.0%,平均回收率为95.6%(90.0~99.6%)。
The miro-aluminium in Serum has been determ- ined by CAS-TPB micella solubilization spectro- Photometry in this assay PaPer.The maximum wa- velegnth of the ternary complex (Al-CAS-TPB) is 615nm in HAC-NH<sub>4</sub>AC Solution.Under the best experimental condition,the molar absorPtivity (Σ615 nm) is 1.17×10<sup>5</sup>.When the Concentration of alu- minium is 0.02—0.12μg/1,the absorbance of the complex accords with Beer’s law.With this me- thod,the Values of Serum-aluminium have been obtained with the range of 38.2—125.4μg/1 on 215 healthy Persons (20—50 years old) in Sheny- ang Suburb.Aceordins to Gaussian distribution, normal value(P>0.20) has been estimated,uPPer limit of single side 95% is 102.8%μg/].Variation coefficient is 1.0%,average recovery rate is 95.6% (90.0—99.6%).
