鲍氏志贺氏菌18型菌株的生物学特性及分子流行病学研究

摘要 本文报告近年国内最早分离到的大同,北京,淮北地区13株鲍氏志贺氏菌18型菌株的生物学特性与分子流行病学研究结果。这些菌株在生化与抗原特性上没有差异。在药物敏感谱上显示区域倾向,淮北株与国际株对某些抗生素呈敏感型,大同,北京来源菌株呈抗性。其中1株对氯霉素耐药。质粒分析发现几乎所有菌株均具有一个120~140Md大质粒,3株具有另外的大质粒带,其中1个质粒带可能与耐氯霉素有关。淮北株与国际株,大同株之间在质粒数目,分子量大小及排列上基本各不相同,说明鲍氏18型菌株并非系新近从同外传入。大同地区在一个较短时间内分离出较多(18.8%)菌株,由于各菌株间分子生物学特性各异,因此也不是暴发流行,而仍属散发发病。 The results of is strains of Shigella boydii serotype 18 (C18) from Datong, Beijing and Huaibei on biological characterstics and moleculare pidemiology were reported. They were no difference in biochemistry reaction and antigen structure. There were regional difference between strains in sensitivity to antobiotics. Strains from Huaibei and international standard strain were sensitive to some drugs, but strains from Belling and Datong were resistant, One of them was resistant to chloramphenicol. Almost all strains contain a large plasmid of 120—140Md. Three strains possessed another large plasmid, one of them may th relative wibe resistant to chloramphenicol. Strains from Huaibei, Datong and international strain were different in number, molecular weight and arrange of plasmids, that showed the strains of C18 in China did not come from foreign area. Although many strains (18.8%) isolated in Datong during several months in 1985, due to difference in molecular biology between strains, so it still is belong to sporatic spread.
