摘要 本文根据甲醛与3-甲基-2-苯骈噻唑腙盐酸盐(MBTH)反应生成的吖嗪,在酸性介质中被氨基磺酸铵—三氯化铁溶液氧化成兰色产物,可在628nm下进行比色测定的原理,考查了rFIA最佳实验条件,采用rFIA与常规法(手工比色法)对比测定,认为rFIA法具有操怍简便、易于自动化、分析速度快和消除常规法的偶然误差等优点,并获得了较为满意的结果。 A new reverse flow injection analysis has been developed for determination of micro amount of formaldehyde in air. The method is based on the blue praducts can be determinated at 628nm, It is obtained that formaldehyde and MBTH have combinured is oxidized by ammonium aminosulfonate-irontrichloride, rFIA most experimental condition was researched. In the test, it is used compared determination of rFIA and common method (artificial spectrophotometric method). Compared with common method, rFIA have the advantages of the procedure simple, analytical speed rapid and automation etc. rFIA has been applied to the determination of micro amount of formaldehyde in air with satisfactory results. The average recovery Of rFIA for determination of micro amount of formaldehyde in air was 95.3%, Coefficients of variation was 0.68%, A calibration carve was linear in the range from 0.05μg/ml to 0.5μg/ml. The limit of detection was 0.003μg/ml.
