摘要
本文观察了钙促排灵对镉污染区居民驱镉治疗的效果。结果表明,小剂量(0.5g/d)间隔肌肉注射钙促排灵3个疗程,可以使尿镉排出量达到治疗前水平的1.13～3.33倍,以第1疗程第1天驱镉作用最强,而且随着尿镉的排出,大部分患者的自觉症状在一定程度上得到缓解;治疗前后血清锌、铜、钙、磷浓度无明显改变,尿酶(NAG、LDH)活性较治疗前显著降低。
