HSP70高表达对K_(562)细胞热耐力的影响

摘要 用硫酸镉诱导细胞HSP70 高表达,RT—PCR 检测HSP70m RNA 水平并观察HSP70 水平对细胞热耐力的影响。发现硫酸镉作用于细胞1h 后,细胞的HSP70 水平显著增高, HSP70 水平高的细胞其热耐力明显强于HSP70 水平低的细胞组;HSP70 水平与细胞热耐力间正相关。提示化学因素诱导的HSP70 表达增高可以保护热暴露细胞。 To study the relationship between the HSP70 overexpression and the thermotolerance of cells.Methods The HSP70 of K 562 cells were induced by CdSO 4 and the level of HSP70 were detected by RT-PCR,we observed the effects of HSP70 to the heat resistance by MTT.Results One hour after the CdSO 4 affected the cells,the HSP70 of cells increased much more, the heat resistance ability of the HSP70 high cells were much more strong than that of the HSP70 low cells and there was a positive correlativity between the HSP70 and the heat resistance.Conclusion the overexpression of HSP70 that induced by chemical factor could enhance the ability of thermotolerance of cells.
