汉坦病毒接种小白鼠后病毒的分布及血清中抗体与生化值的动态观察 被引量:1

摘要 用汉坦病毒NQR-107R株接种小白鼠,观察病毒在小白鼠体内各器官的分布和消长情况以及血清抗体和血清中的GPT、LDH、总BIL、BUN及尿酸值的变化趋势。结果,初期几乎能从小白鼠所有的器官分离到病毒,随着时间的推移,病毒的分离越来越少,而血清抗体的滴度则相反,随时间而升高,从血清的各生化值看出,初期是一过性的血清LDH、尿酸升高,BUN值下降,但是,病毒对肝肾的直接损害不大。 Experimental study on the distribution of Hantavirus in the mouse’s organs and conversion of the serum antibody and the serum enzyme were conducted in the mice inoculated with Hantavirus NQR-107R strain. Results showed that Hantavirus could be isolated from all of organs after the mice were inoculated in 3 weeks, and as the time went on, the virus became fewer and fewer, on contrary the titers of serum antibody became higher and higher from 3 weeks to to weeks, and that LDH and Uric acid in sera rose temporarily, and BUN were observed was lower, while Tatal BIL and GPT had little conversion compared with that of the control mice. Thus the Hantavirus is little harmful to the function of the liver and kidneyin rodent.
