硒强化沙棘果汁与沙棘籽油对大鼠机体脂质过氧化作用的比较

Effect of Sea Bucktkron Juice Supplemented with Selenium and Sea Bucktbron Seed Oil on Lipid peroxidation in Rats

给成年Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠含硒强化沙棘果汁、沙棘果汁及沙棘籽油的半纯化饲料。经１２周喂养后观察其对大鼠血液、肝脏和红细胞膜脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明：与正常组比较，硒强化沙棘果汁和沙棘籽油均显著降低大鼠血、肝及红细胞膜丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量，而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（Ｓｅ－ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力显著增高。提示：硒强化沙棘果汁可降低大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应，增强机体抵抗过氧化损伤的能力，其作用与沙棘籽油相比无显著差异。

The effect of Sea Buckthron Juice supplemented selenium and Sea Buckthron Seed oil on the antioxidation ability were studied in adult Wistar rats. The animals were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed with experimental diets either hasal+40 % (w/w) Sea Buckthron Juice (B), hasal diet+40% (w/w)Sea Buckthron Juice+2.0 ppm Se/kg feed (C), or hasal diet+8.0 % (w/w) Sea Buckthron Seed oil (D), compared with control group (hasal diets A). After 12 weeks’feeding,diets of B,C and especially in diet D produced markedly decreased MDA contents in RBC membrane,serum and liver. The Se-GSH-Px activity of blood and liver were higher, especially in both group fed diet with Sea Buckthron Juice supplemented with Se and Sea Buckthron Seed oil. It is suggested that both Sea Buckthron Juice supplemented with Se and Sea Buckthron Seed oil decease lipid peroxidation in rats, and their abilities of antiperoxidation were not significantly different.
