摘要
观察实验性低硒动物血液中GSH-Px、SOD和CAT等几种主要抗自由基氧化酶的活性变化及补硒的作用。结果发现:动物经高硫饲养10周后,血硒水平和GSH-Px活性均明显下降,MDA浓度明显增高,CAT活力较基础水平也有显著升高,而补硒组动物的所有观测指标没有明显改变。低硒组动物血液CAT活性增高可能是因为贫硒所致的GSH-PX活性降低而产生的代偿性变化。低硒时,及时适量补充则有利于抗氧化酶对自由基的清除。
In this paper, 21 rabbits were divided randomly into control, lower Se group and supplement Se group, in order to observe that change of the blood antioxidases activities of high S mediated lower Se and effect of supplemented Se in animals.The results showed that blood Se level and GSH-Px activity was all decreased and that blood MDA concentration was increased and that activity of CAT increased more markedly than that of per-experiment in high Se intaked 10 w in lower Se groups, but that all indexs were not changed in supplemented Se animals. The results suggested that the increased of CAT activity results from the compensation change because of the decrease of activity of GSH-Px and that it is favourable to eliminate free radical when Se was timely supplemented in lower Se animals.
