摘要
健康SD断乳大鼠经高脂膳食诱导制成高脂血症模型,观察燕麦麸和燕麦纤维对大鼠血脂、脂蛋白及脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明:20%燕麦麸、5%和10%燕麦纤维能够显著降低高脂大鼠血TC、LDL-C及LPO水平,提高血中HDL-C及LPO水平,同时还具有清除血中TG的作用,对APO-AI和APO-B也产生有益的影响.提示:燕麦麸具有一定的降脂作用,而燕麦纤维为燕麦降脂的主要有效成分。
This study investigated the effective components for the bypocholesterolaemic effects of oat bran and oat fiber. After feeding diets with 1% cholesterol, 0. 25% bile salts for 20 days, 30 weanling male SD rats were divided into five groups on the basis of body weight and plasma cholesterol levels. The types and levels of the fiber in diets were either wheat fiber (10% ),oat bran (10 or 20% ) or oat fiber(5 or 10%),respectively. The experiments lasted for 42 days. Cholesterol concentrations in plasma and liver, plasms HDL-C, and LDL-C, apo AI and apo B, LPO were determined. The results showed that 20% oat bran, 5% and 10% oat fiber significantly decreased the levels of plasma TC. TG, LDL-C, LPO, and increased the levels of plasma HDL-C in the rats. Apo B/apo AI ratio was also significantly decreased in the rats fed diets with 20% oat bran, 5% and 10% oat fiber when compared with the control diet (10% wheat fiber). This study implys that oat bran has substantial hypocholesterolemic effects, and oat fiber is the main component responsible for cholesterol-lowering effect of oat foods.
