中国肾综合征出血热疫苗近期流行病学效果观察

Observation on Short-term Efficacy of Vaccines Against HFRS in Population from Endemic Areas of HFRS

对中国１９９３～１９９４年试生产的肾综合征出血热沙鼠肾细胞Ⅰ型灭活疫苗（上海生研所和天元公司）、乳鼠脑纯化Ⅰ型灭活疫苗（兰州生研所）和地鼠肾细胞Ⅱ型灭活疫苗（长春生研所）在疫区现场进行了人群接种，并对其安全性、血清学和流行病学近期效果进行了考核．结果表明，三种疫苗安全性皆较好．上海沙鼠苗、天元沙鼠苗、鼠脑苗和地鼠苗中强反应率分别为０．５６％、０．０３％、３．２６％、１．５７％．三种疫苗三针全程免疫后１４天，其中和抗体和荧光抗体阳转率分别为地鼠苗８１．６６％、７２．９４％；上海沙鼠苗５８．６４％、９３．６９％；天元沙鼠苗７０．００％、８３．３３％；鼠脑苗５１．０８％、８４．２６％．三种疫苗近期流行病学防病效果均较好，其保护率：地鼠苗为９７．６３％、上海沙鼠苗９４．０７％、天元沙鼠苗１００．００％、鼠脑苗９６．００％．

The obeervation on efficacy of four different kinds of inactivated vaccines against HFRS(Type I vaccines prepared from tissue cultUre of mongolian Gerbils kidney supplied by Institute of Biological products, Shanghai and Tianyuan Company.Type Ivaccines Purified from mouse brains supplied by Institute of Biological Products, Lanzhou. Type Ⅱ vaccines prepared from culture of hamster kidney,supplied by Institute of Biological Products,Changchun) was carried out in population from endare as of HFRS from 1993 to 1995.The results showed that they were all safe,the moderate and severe side effects of them were 0.56%,0.03%,3.26% and 1.57% respectively.14 days after three of injection,the seroconversion of neutralizing antibody by the Mcro-CPE method were58.64%,70.00%,51. 08 %and 81.66% respectively.The seroconversion of immunofluorecent antibody by IFA method were 93.69%, 83.33%,84.26% and 72.94% respectively.Their protection rates in population were 94.07%,100.00%,96.00% and 97.63% respectively.According to the short-term observation,the four kinds of vaccines were safe and effective.
