鳖甲提取物对大剂量照射小鼠免疫功能的保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 将鳖甲提取物(TSWE)以0.50、0.25和0.01g/kg体重.预先分别给小鼠口服3夭,每日1次,于末次给药24h后全身一次6GyX线照射.观察受照后3天小鼠免疫器官和免疫功能的影响.结果发现,受照小鼠的体重、胸腺和脾重、胸腺和脾指数,外周血白细胞数以及腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬和消化功能均有明显增高.提示,预防性口服鳖甲提取物能显著提高受照小鼠免疫功能,具有抗辐射防护作用,是天然辐射防护剂. The mice were pretreated with p.o trionyx sinensis wiegmann extractor(TSWE) 0.50,0.25 and 0.1g/kg.BW.d,before the irradiation for 3d. At the 24h after the last pretreatment,we given the mice with whole they irradiation of 6Gy X-ray.The immune function of mice were studied at the 3rd day after the irradiation.The results showed that they weight,thymus and spleen weights.and their indices, peripheral blood WBC count and phagocytic and digestive function of peritoneal macrophages on chicken RBC all increased significantly in the TSWE pretreatment groups, as compered with thee in simple irradiation group.The results suggest that TSWE may enhance immune functions of the organism and have the preventive effects to radiation.
