摘要
对孕4、7、10、13天的小鼠进行不同剂量γ射线(60Co,0~10Gy)全方位照射,同时皮下注射不同浓度的香烟烟雾水溶物(0~2支/只)。观察仔鼠出生体重、生长速度、旷场行为、学习和记忆等神经行为。结果表明当照射剂量大于05Gy时,与香烟联合对仔鼠神经行为发育的影响明显增加。与单独照射组和单独给烟组比较,仔鼠出生体重明显降低,生长缓慢,并与照射剂量和香烟浓度呈正相关。结果提示低剂量γ射线与香烟联合作用于孕鼠,影响仔鼠的学习记忆能力。
To study the affection of the neonate mice’s neurobehav ioral,pregnant mice were exposed to different dose radition ( 60 Co,0~1 0Gy)on 4;7;10 and 13 d of gestation,meantime different concentration water soluble substances contained cigarette smoke(0~2 0 cigarette/20g)was given through subcutaneous inject.The neonate mice’ body weight,tempo of growth,wilderness behavior,study and memory were observed.Results showed that when the low dose gamma radiation(exceed 0 5Gy) combing with cigarette smoking was used to treat pregnant mice,the neonate mice’s neurobehavioral was influenced significantly.In contrast to single γ radiation and single cigarette smoking groups mice’s body weight was reduced,mice’s speed of growth was slowed and mice’s study and memory was failing obviously.Meanwhile,a significant radiation dose and cigarette smoking concentration response was found.These results suggested that study and memory was affected and abnormal phenomenal of neonate mice’s neurobehavioral development was caused when the low dose gamma radiation combines with cigarette smoking.
