摘要
用水螅再生试验预测饮水氯化副产物氯仿、二氯甲烷和氯乙酸的致畸性。结果显示,氯仿和二氯甲烷有害作用的中效浓度比T50/I50的比值分别为176和169,属弱致畸物;氯乙酸的T50/I50比值达532。
Teratogenicities of chloroform,dichloromethane and chloroacetic acid were determined by Hydra regeneration assay.The results showed that T 50 /I 50 ratios of chloroform and dichloromethane were 1 76 and 1 69,espectively to belong in weaker teratogens ;but T 50 /I 50 ratio of chloroacetic acid was 5 32,and it was showed stronger teratogenicity.
