摘要
在高脂饲料中加入３０％的荞杞方便粥饲喂Ｗｉｓｔａｒ雄性大鼠３周的结果提示：荞杞方便粥具有减轻脂质代谢紊乱大鼠血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬＣ）含量、ＬＤＬＣ／ＨＤＬＣ比值及致动脉粥样硬化指数（ＡＩ）升高的作用，对血清甘油三酯（ＴＧ）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬＣ）无明显影响，对大鼠摄食及生长无不良影响。
Adult male Wistar rats were fed on the hyperlipid test diet containing 30% Qiaoqi convenient congee for 3 weeks.The result indicated that Qiaoqi convenient congee exhibited inhibition effect on increament of serum total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoproteing cholesterol(LDL C),LDL C/high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) ratio and atherogenic index(AI).The levels of serum trilyceride(TG) and HDL C were not significantly altered by the Qiaoqi convenient congee.It did not affect the dietary intake and weight gain of rats.
