摘要
为探讨厚朴酚对口腔致龋菌的抗菌作用、杀菌时间及对双歧杆菌的影响,采用试管法测定了厚朴酚对6种菌的最低杀菌浓度,其中对变链C、g及对青春双歧杆菌的MBC为16μg/ml,对溶血性链球菌和保加利亚乳杆菌的MBC均为4μg/ml;在4倍的MBC浓度下,对变链g的杀菌时间为3分钟。结果提示:厚朴酚长期应用时应注意维护肠道菌群平衡。
To investigate the antibacterial effect of magnolol to the pathcaries bacteria and B.adolescentis,the minimum bactericide concentration(MBC) of magnolol to six bacteria were determinated in vitro.MBC of magnolol to Strep.mutans c,g and to B.adolescentis are 16 μg/ml.MBC of magnolol to Strep.hemolyticus and L.bulgaricus are 4 μg/ml.The bactericide time of magnolol(4 MBC)to strep.mutans g is three minutes.
