94'Shanghai Simplified Criterion of the nail fold microcirculation in finger

本文在手指甲襞微循环加权积分法的基础上,提出了94’上海简易诊断标准.新标准简化了观察指标,进行重新归类,并改用微循环得分代替微循环障碍得分.用百分制反映体内的微循环状态.介绍了新标准中12项指标的判断方法及积分标准.

The 94’Shanghai simplified criterion of the nail fold microcirculation in finger was suggested on the basis of weighting method. In the new criterion the observation parameters were simplified and they were classified anew. Microcirculation score were used instead of scores of microcirculation disturbances in weighting method and the percentage was used as an index to reflect the microcirculation conditon in vivo. The standards of judgments and scores of the new criterion were introduced in’this paper.
