量子血治疗烧伤低氧血症112例体会

摘要 本科自1992年-1993年对112例大面积烧伤病人给予量子血治疗,均为烧伤后48小时以内的病人,烧伤面积范围50%~95%,平均67.15%,Ⅲ范围14%~85%,平均42.16%,PaO_2范围3.87~11.6kPa,平均8.74kPa。将病人分为三组:第一组为大面积组69例,平均烧伤面积62.41%,第二组为特大面积组16例,平均烧伤面积84.73%,第三组为烧伤合并吸入性损伤组27例,平均烧伤面积69.3%。方法:①采用ZWG-ⅢL型光量子血液治疗仪,②库血和量子化后库血送血气分析,③患者用量子血600ml前、后30分钟抽取动脉血作血气分析。结果:量子化后库血PO_2平均增加99.05kPa,大面积烧伤组PaO_2平均增加3.26kPa,特大面积组PaO_2平均增加2.09kPa,烧伤合并吸入性损伤组PaO_2平均增加2.18kPa。本文报道了四例典型病例并对量子血治疗烧伤的机理作了一些探讨。 In the article,evaluation of treatment with UL-travioleted blood on 112 hypoxia patients was shown. All patients were with in 48h afterburn, burn area ranged from 50% to 95% .mean was 67. 15%. III°burn area was between 14% and 85%. Mean 42.16%. PaO2 was 3.87-11.6KPa. Mean 8. 74KPa. Patients were divided into three groups:1. Extensive burn (69 cases). Mean burn area was 62.41%. 2. Specialy extensive burn (16 cases). Mean burn area was 84. 73%. 3. Burn with inhalation injury (29 cases). Mean burn area was 69. 3%. Blood was UL-travioleted with ZWG-III L UL-travioleted machine. Gas was analysed on stored blood,UL-travioleted blood and blood of patients before and after treatment for 30 minutes with blood UL-travioleted, the results showediMean PaO2 of stored blood increased by 99. OSKPa. extensive burn group by 3. 26KPa,specialy extensive burn group by 2- 09KPa,burn with inhalation injury by 2- 18KPa. Four typical cases of treatment with UL-travioleted blood were shown and the mechanism was discussed in the article.
