高血压病者血浆花生四烯酸的浓度变化及与血液流变学的关系

摘要 本文研究44例高血压病者血花生四稀酸含量变化及其与TXB_2和血液流变学方面的影响.结果:1.高血压病者血花生四稀酸和TXB_2浓度显著高于正常人(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05);2.血液流变学指标亦较正常人显著增高(P<0.05~P<0.001).随着血压降低,上述各项指标均下降.提示花生四稀酸通过影响血液流变学的变化在高血压病的发生和发展中起重要作用. The changes of plasma arachidonic acid concentration in 44 patients with hypertension and its effect on TXB<sub>2</sub> and indices of blood rheology were studied. The results : 1. The plasma arachidonic acid and TXB<sub>2</sub> concentration in patients with hypertension were significantly higher than those in normal persons (P&lt; 0. 01 and P&lt;0. 05. respectively). 2. Whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT and plasma fibrinogen in patients with hypertension were significantly higher than those in normal persons(P&lt;0.05,P&lt;0. 001). With decrease of blood pressure ,all patients mentioned above were gradually reduced. This suggests that arachidonic acid may play an important role in both etiology and development of hypertension.
