紫外光辐射血液疗法治疗心绞痛40例临床观察

The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Angina Pectoris With UIB

采用紫外光辐射血液疗法(UIB)治疗心绞痛40例并与药物治疗34例进行临床疗效分析与对照.结果,两组均能缓解心绞痛症状,总有效率分别为90%和82%,两组差异无统计学意义.两组心电图疗效比较,UIB组总有效率82%,药物组总有效率52%,经X^2检验,P<O.05有显著差异.临床观察显示,UIB组治疗心绞痛无论是症状还是心电图均有显著疗效,尤其是心电图疗效明显优于药物组.

40 angina pectoris patients treated by UIB（ultraviolet irradiated blood） and 34 treated by drug respectively were studied,which their clinical efficacy were analyzed and contrasted. The results indicated that the clinical feature of angina pectoris had got relaxed in two groups.which total effective rate was 90% and 82 respectively,the difference was not significant. The total effective rate on ECG was 82% in UIB group and 52% in drug group (P<0. 05,X2 test). The clinical observation showed that the efficacy was significant in UIB group both in clinical feature and ECG. especially in ECG compared with the drug group.
