On the Mobile Data Communication Service

文章首先提出了普及移动业务的基本条件,进一步探讨了移动数据业务的速率极限及指标、移动数据业务的覆盖以及该业务的两种开设方式等问题,最后设想了开放移动数据业务的3个实施阶段。

This paper puts forward the three basic conditions for opening mobile data communication ser-vice, and then further discusses the limit and index of data trans-mission rate, service coverage and two different ways to open the ser-vice. At the end of the paper three possible implementation stages of opening the mobile data communi-cation service are proposed.
