综述了国内外治疗消化性溃疡胃滞留剂的研究进展。抗消化性溃疡胃滞留剂能促进抗消化性溃疡药物的吸收,起到胃部靶向给药作用,可提高消化性溃疡的治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。

The gastric retentive oral dosage of antiulcer drugs were absorbed quickly and released in intragastric.It can improve effect of treatment and have more clinical uses.The advances of gastric retentive oral dosage for the treatment of gastric ulcer was reviewed in this paper.
