Stereoselectivity in pharmacokinetics of chiral drugs

药动学立体选择性是指手性药物对映体在吸收、分布、代谢和/或排泄过程中具有差异。本文综述了手性药物药动学立体选择性的研究进展,并在总结我们相关实验研究的基础上探讨了药动学立体选择性研究中应注意的问题。

The enantiomers of a chiral drug may have different characters in absorption,distribution,metabolism and/or elimination.This phenomenon is regarded as the stereoselectivity in pharmacokinestics.Recent studies of the stereoselectivity in pharmacokinetics of chiral drugs were reviewed in this paper.The points,which should be pay attention to the study of the stereoselectivity in pharmacokinetics,were also discussed on the basis of relative research works done in our laboratory as well as the data obtained from the references.
