摘要
目的:研究正常饮食中短期内补充钙剂对卵巢切除大鼠骨质量和骨代谢的影响。方法:将25只SD大鼠分为3组,A组:假手术组(sham组),B组:双侧卵巢切除组(OVX组),C组:双侧卵巢切除+补钙组(OVX+补钙组)。钙剂为L-苏糖酸钙,补钙剂量为45mg.kg-1.d-1。5周后测各组大鼠骨密度、骨生物力学参数、矿盐含量及血清生化指标等。结果:①B组骨密度显著低于A组(P<0.05),C组与B组骨密度无显著性差别。②A和C组矿盐含量均较B组高(P<0.05),C组灰重较B组高(P<0.05)。③B组血清P,Ca和ALP显著低于A组(P<0.01,P<0.01和P<0.05);C组血清P,Ca和ALP显著高于B组(P<0.05,P<0.01和P<0.01)。结论:短期补钙对骨质疏松大鼠骨质量有一定程度的改善,但效果不十分明显;补钙对骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢有明显的影响,可明显地增强成骨活动。
Objective:To explore the effect of short-term-calcium supply in usual food on bone quality and bone metabolism in ovariectomized rats.Methods:25 female SD rats were divided into SHAM(sham operational)group,OVX(bilateral overiectomized)group and OVX+Calcium group.After 5 weeks medication,animals were killed and bone mineral density(BMD),bone mineral content(BMC)biochemical markers and biomechanical parameters were assayed.Results:① BMD was higher in SHAM group in comparison with OVX group(P<0.05).②BMC was higher in SHAM group in comparison with OVX group(P<0.05),BMC and mineral content in OVX+Calcium group were both higher than that of OVX group(both P<0.05).③Serum ALP,Ca,and P in SHAM group were higher significantly than that of OVX group,and P,Ca,and ALP in OVX+Calcium group were higher significantly than that of OVX group.Conclusion:In OVX rats,short-term calcium supply can improve bone mass and bone strength but not as significant as expected.Calcium supply has significant effect on bone metabolism in rats with oseteoporosis.
