仁茹对小鼠学习记忆影响的研究

Study on the effects of Renru (Fordia caulflora Hemsl) on the learning and memory of mice

目的:考察仁茹不同有效部位的提取物对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:采用跳台法观察仁茹醇提液和水提液对小鼠学习记忆的影响;结果:仁茹醇提液能对抗东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍,并能改善亚硝酸钠缺氧所致记忆巩固不良及乙醇所致记忆再现障碍的影响,而仁茹水提液未见此作用。结论:仁茹醇提取物具有促进学习记忆的功能。

Objective:To study the effects of extracts for different parts of Renru(Fordia caulflora Hemsl)on the memory of mice.Methods:The effects of alcoholic extract and watery extract of Renru on the memory of mice were evaluated by step down test.Results:Memory impairment induced by scopolamine could be antagonized by alcoholic extract of Renru and poor memory consolidation caused by NaNO2 and retrieval deficit of memory induced by alcohol could also be improved by the same extract.Conclusions:The alcoholic extract of Renru shows ability to promote learning and memory in mice.
