高效液相色谱法测定碘佛醇的含量

HPLC determination of ioversol

目的:建立用HPLC法测定碘佛醇含量的新方法。方法:采用Intertsil C8柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(4∶96)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果:碘佛醇的平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.87%,线性范围40~200μg.mL-1。结论:本方法简便快速、结果准确,可用于碘佛醇含量的分析。

A HPLC method for determination of ioversol is established by using an Intertsil-C8 column,a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile:water(4∶96)and a detective wavelength of 254 nm.A mean recovery of 99.8% with a RSD of 0.87% and a linear range of 40~200μg·mL-1 was obtained.The method is simple,rapid,and suitable for determination of ioversol.
