通脉降脂片对Ⅱ型糖尿病高脂血症患者血脂和NO的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Tablet Tongmaijiangzhi on Hyperlipidemia and Nitric Oxide of Patients withNon-insulin-dependent Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的:观察通脉降脂片对Ⅱ型糖尿病高脂血症患者血脂和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:65例Ⅱ型糖尿病高脂血症患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组33例服用通脉降脂片4片,每天3次,对照组32例服用舒降之5 mg,每天一次,两组均8周为一疗程。观察治疗前后血脂六项(TC、TG、HDL、LDL、ApoA_1、ApoB)的变化,并对治疗组治疗前后的NO和血脂五项指标进行了检测。结果:上述两组患者经治疗后均能显著降低TC、LDL、ApoB水平,组间无明显差异(P>0.05),但治疗组降TG,升高HDL、ApoA_1的作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,治疗组治疗后NO水平升高,全血低切比粘度、血浆比粘度和红细胞聚集指数降低,与治疗前比较有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通脉降脂片对Ⅱ型糖尿病高脂血症患者综合调脂作用优于舒降之,并有降低血粘度、保护血管内皮细胞功能的作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Tablet Tongmaijiangzhi on hyperlipidemia and nitric oxide of patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Method: 65 patients were randomly divided into Tablet Tongmaijiangzhi (TTMJZ) group(33 patients) and Zocor group(32 patients), treated with TTMJZ 4 tab, tid. and Zocor 5 mg, qd. respectively for 8 weeks. Result: Serum levels of TC.LDL, ApoB were markedly decreased in both groups after treatments (P< 0.01). Non-significant difference was found between these two groups (P> 0.05). But after treatment the serum levels of TG were decreased and the serum levels of HDL, ApoA, were increased significantly in TTMJZ group than in Zocor group (P < 0.05) . Furthermore, the serum level of nitric oxide(NO) was increased and the blood viscosity was decreased significantly after treated with TTMJZ (P<0.05 or P< 0.01). Conclusion: Tablet Tongmaijiangzhi has the advantage of Zocor in lipids regulating effects on patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia. TTMJZ can also decrease blood viscosity and increase NO to protect vascular endothelium.
