Development history of socialist countries has proves that socialist system and mechanism for check and supervision of power must be established to develop socialist democratic politics. In his old age in leading so- cialist const construction in Russia, Lenin not only explored ways to construct socialist economy in the underdevel- oped country, but also ways to construct democratic politics in the socialist country. His thoughts concerning devel- opment of democracy, fighting against bureaucracy, reforming party and national organizations, and strengthening check and supervision of power are of great importance to today' s promotion of socialist democratic political con- struction and construction of socialist harmonious society.
