An Evaluation Study on Investment Effect of State-owned Enterprise's Technological Transformation in Henan Province

在大量调查研究的基础上，针对河南省的实际情况，深入、系统地分析了河南省国有企业技术改造投资效果低下的原因，提出了若干提高技术改造投资效果的对策和措施。所提对策和建个又密切联系河南省实际，具有一定的参考价值和指导意义，其中部分成果已为河南省政府和有关部门吸收和采纳。

This paper analyses the reasons for lower investment effect of state-owned enterprise’s technology transformation in Henan province and proposes the measures to improve the investment effect These suggestions and measures closely connect with the practice of Henan proveince and have certain reference value and guide role. Some of the achievements have been adopted by the govemment department concerned.
