摘要
针对新世纪的高校信息服务,提出了树立创新意识,搞好知识管理;拓宽服务领域,提高服务质量;扩大用户群体,深化服务内容;注重人才培养,做到合理使用等观点。知识管理的目的是使显性知识和隐性知识发挥最大效益,核心是知识共享和人尽其才;在服务的质量、领域、内容和用户群体方面,提出了多数据库、网络、咨询、调研、代理检索和成果转化等服务形式及扩大用户群体的服务思想;讨论了人才的第一要素功能及培养人才,优化团体知识结构的手段和方法。
For the new century ’s infromation service, some personal opinions are presented about how to establish creative mentality to do knowledge management well how to increase the number of users to deepen service content and how to pay attention to talent - cultivation to make full use of talen reasonably . As the author’s opinion , the destination of knowledge management is to bring hidden and non - hidden knowledge into play maxium effect and the core of it is to share knowledge and make people give afull play to their abilities ; In the aspect of service quality ,field, content and the number of users, the thought about how to magnify the number of users and service forms such as multi - database , net, consulting, investigating , acting index and outcome transformation are presented .The first essential forction of talent is discussed and the methods of how to cultivate talent and how to optimize the group knowledge structure also given in this paper.
