摘要
从激励的内涵、激励的方式、激励的原则等几个方面,论述了新形势下如何在学生思想教育工作中有效地发挥激励机制的作用,指出只有善于灵活运用各种激励的方式,科学地把握激励的原则,才能充分发挥激励的内驱力、推动力、凝聚力的作用,为培养“四有”新人作出贡献。
In view of the initiative and creativeness of students , this paper discusses how to bring inspiration mechanism into play effectively in the work of students’ ideological education under the new conditions from several aspects such as the connotation , the way, the principles of inspiration. It also points out that we can bring the roles of inspiration, motive force and cohesive force into full play and make great contributions to the training of the new generation with four havings(i. e. ideals, morals, knowledge and sense of discipline).
