高校图书馆对大学生实施素质教育的途径

The Way of Carrying out Qualities Education in University Libraries

未来社会对大学生的综合素质要求愈来愈高 ,而高校图书馆是大学生素质教育的重要基地。从改变借阅模式、加快现代化进程、调整馆藏资源结构、延伸读者教育、加大宣传力度等 8个方面就高校图书馆对大学生实施素质教育的途径进行了较为全面的阐述和分析。指出建立高质量的、稳定的馆员队伍是关键 。

The coming society advances more and more higher requests to undergraduates. The university libraries are an important base for students’ qualities education. This article elaborates and analyzes the routes of carrying out qualities education form eight aspects, including altering the lending mode, acceleriting modernization process, adjusting resource of the library, extending readers’ education,increasing propaganda ram and so on.This article points out that the linchpin of carrying out qualities education is to build up top grade and stable librarian staff and to advance feasible measures to resolve this problem.
