摘要
司法鉴定制度是我国司法诉讼制度的重要组成部分 ,司法鉴定结论在我国三大诉讼法典中被规定为法定证据。考查了我国司法鉴定制度的产生和发展 ,探索其兴衰原因 ,以有利于对现行司法鉴定制度的改革与完善 。
The judicial testimonial system is the main part of prosecution law system in China. Testimonial result has been stipulated in the three main laws as legally acquired evidence. Investigation into the evolution and development of judicial testimonial system will do good to the reform and improvement of the present judicial testimonial system, and to the socialist judicial systematic construction
