On Playing the Center Role of Management in Teaching Reform

教务处是学校教学管理的管理中枢。教学管理兼有行政管理和学术管理双重功能 ;更新教育思想、转变教育观念 ,抓好教学基本建设 ,深化教学改革 ,是提高教学质量的基础 ;加强教学管理科学化、规范化、现代化建设 ,是提高日常教学管理质量和效率的基础 ;强化质量意识 ,加强素质教育 ,是今后教学管理的根本出发点 。

Dean’s Office is the management center of teaching activities in a university. Teaching management has double functions as administrative management and academic management. The basic work to improve teaching is to renew teaching ideas, transform teaching concepts, undertake capital construction of teaching step by step, and deepen teaching reform. Scientific, standard and modern teaching management is the foundation to improve quality and efficiency of routine teaching management. Strengthening the quality consciousness and carrying out qualities education, is not only the basic point of view for the future teaching management but the demands of the new age as well.
