A Study on Business Capital Management and the Development of Enterprise Groups

首先简要论述了企业资本经营的概念和特点 ;其次 ,系统地分析和探讨了资本经营与企业集团的相互关系 ,指出资本经营是企业集团发展的重要途径 ,而企业集团化又为企业在更大范围、更大规模上进行资本经营创造了条件 ;最后 ,就我国推动企业集团的建康发展 ,提出了若干对策和措施 ,即进一步推进国有企业集团股份制改造 ;完善企业集团内部管理 ;

The paper analyzes briefly commotation and characteristics of Business Capital Management (BCM), and studies systematically the relationships between BCM and enterprise groups. It concludes that BCM is an important way for the devopment of enterprise groups, which in turn prepares a basis for assets mergers and acquisitions on a larger scale and in a wider range. The last, proposes some suggestions and strategies for the development of enterprise groups.
