摘要
伴随着经济体制的改革 ,劳动关系逐步市场化 ,劳动者利益得不到保护的现象时有发生。从保护劳动者最基本的权益的角度出发 ,论证工资集体协商制度在维护劳动者合法权益中的作用。
With the economy system reforming,labour relationship is stepping into the market progressively.The phenomenon occurs occasionally that the labor’s benifit can’t get protection.From the angle of the basic rights and benifit,the paper analyzes the role of the collective negotiation system of wage plays.
