摘要
针对发动机磨损故障诊断知识具有数量大、专业性强、经验成分多以及涉及面广等特点 ,介绍了磨损故障综合诊断专家系统的知识库、推理机、人机界面和知识获取的实现 ,并提出把故障领域知识集成到DBMS中 ,运用数据库技术进行管理 ,结合合适的推理策略进行故障诊断 ,最后从理论和具体方法上对系统的实现过程进行了探讨。
Considering the characteristics of large numbers in use, specialized knowledge needed, experience relying, wide scopes, etc.,this paper introduces the knowledge database,rational machine, interface between man and computer and knowledge’s acquirement of the expert system about wear and tear fault synthetic diagnosis, and puts forward the theory of restoring the knowledge of fault fields into the DBMS and it can be managed with the aid of database technology so as to realize fault diagnosis with appropriate methods. Finally, it discusses the realization process from the points of both theory and practice.
